1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, accessing, or using Timevest ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use Timevest. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

3. What Timevest Is

Timevest is a personal portfolio tracking tool that allows you to monitor crypto, gold, stocks, cash, and other assets in one place. Timevest is not a financial advisor, broker, exchange, custodian, or trading platform. We do not hold, manage, or have access to your funds.

4. Not Financial Advice

Nothing in Timevest — including AI chat responses, alerts, DCA calculator projections, portfolio analytics, or any other feature — constitutes financial, investment, tax, or legal advice. All information is provided for informational and educational purposes only. You are solely responsible for your investment decisions. Always consult a qualified financial advisor before making investment decisions.

5. Your Account

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• You must provide accurate and complete information during registration.
• One account per person. Sharing accounts is not permitted.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

6. Subscriptions & Payments

Timevest offers free and paid subscription plans. By subscribing to a paid plan:

• You authorize recurring charges at the selected billing interval until you cancel.
• Prices may change with 30 days' prior notice.
• You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
• Refunds are provided in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction. EU consumers may be entitled to a 14-day cooling-off period for online purchases.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service or its systems.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service.
• Use automated means (bots, scrapers) to access the Service without our written permission.
• Transmit malware, viruses, or other harmful code.
• Interfere with the Service's operation or other users' access.

8. AI Chat Features

Timevest includes an AI-powered chat assistant. You acknowledge that:

• AI responses are generated automatically and may contain errors or inaccuracies.
• AI outputs do not constitute professional advice of any kind.
• You should independently verify any information provided by the AI before acting on it.
• AI chat messages are subject to daily usage limits.

9. Third-Party Data & Services

Timevest displays market data from third-party sources (including Binance and CoinGecko). We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of this data. Price data may be delayed, unavailable, or inaccurate. You should not rely solely on Timevest for real-time trading decisions.

10. Intellectual Property

All content, features, design, code, and branding of Timevest are owned by Timevest and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the Service without our prior written consent.

11. Your Data

You retain ownership of the portfolio data you enter into Timevest. We store and process it solely to provide the Service. See our Privacy Policy for full details on how we collect, use, and protect your data.

12. Service Availability

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control. We are not liable for any losses resulting from downtime or service interruptions.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

• Timevest is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory.
• We disclaim all warranties including, but not limited to, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
• We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.
• We are not liable for any financial losses, missed opportunities, or investment decisions made based on information displayed in Timevest.
• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law, including liability for fraud or gross negligence. EU consumers retain all mandatory rights under applicable consumer protection laws.

14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Timevest, its operators, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.

15. Termination

• You may delete your account at any time from Settings.
• We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or engage in conduct harmful to other users or the Service.
• Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. You may request export of your data prior to deletion.

16. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via the application or email. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you disagree with any changes, you should stop using the Service.

17. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the European Union and the applicable national laws of your country of residence. Any disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of your place of residence, in accordance with applicable EU consumer protection regulations. Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

18. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
